Sparkia is Hortensia’s own product, and proof of how we build AI software. It wraps a self-hosted automation engine in a clean multi-tenant SaaS, so any organization can switch on ready-made automations for social posting, content and SEO, lead generation, and analytics without touching a workflow builder.

Where it all
started
Every growing company wants marketing automation, and almost none has the time to wire it together. Off-the-shelf tools are either too rigid or too fiddly, and the powerful open engines assume you enjoy building flowcharts. We wanted to prove Hortensia could take that raw power and package it as a product a non-technical team actually uses: pick an automation, connect an account, and it runs, safely isolated per organization.
Research & Strategy
We treated a self-hosted automation engine as an execution layer and designed a product on top of it: a template library any team can activate, with strict tenant isolation as a first principle. .
Development & Engineering
A modern multi-tenant stack, Next. js, Prisma/Postgres, Redis pub/sub, a standalone realtime service, and an AI sidecar, orchestrating the engine behind a clean product surface.
UI/UX & Visual Design
The complexity hides backstage. The user sees a gallery of outcomes, activate, connect, done, not a canvas of nodes.
Launch & Growth
As our own product, Sparkia is also our proving ground: the automation and AI patterns we validate here are the ones we bring to client work. .
