Key Responsibilities:
For Hortensia Agency:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with brand identity.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and UI/UX best practices.
For Clients:
- Create customized UI/UX solutions tailored to each client’s brand and user needs.
- Analyze client objectives and user behaviors to craft data-driven design strategies.
- Optimize existing designs to improve functionality, user flow, and accessibility.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals across multiple digital platforms.
- Work closely with clients to refine and perfect design concepts based on feedback.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.
