Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that align with the agency’s technology strategy.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and implement best coding practices.
For Clients:
- Develop custom software solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.
- Ensure seamless system integrations, API development, and automation processes.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain applications to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
