Key Responsibilities:
For Hortensia Agency:
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase brand visibility, user engagement, and revenue.
- Experiment with and optimize digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and viral campaigns.
- Analyze user behavior, A/B test different acquisition funnels, and iterate strategies for maximum conversion.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline marketing and user engagement efforts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and new growth hacking techniques.
For Clients:
- Work with clients to craft and execute data-driven growth strategies tailored to their business goals.
- Optimize customer acquisition channels, retention strategies, and referral programs.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and uncover actionable insights.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
- Experiment with emerging platforms and unconventional marketing tactics to drive viral growth.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in SEO, paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Ability to think outside the box and rapidly test new growth opportunities.
